My experience with Carol Ann is far beyond anything that I had ever expected. I had previously spent nine years in traditional counseling. We all have a story don't we?! One thing out of many, that I learned from the first day of meeting Carolann, is this: Yes, we each have a story and we each have the opportunity to change this story and become in our own truth. After many months of first meeting with Carolann, I now feel confident in saying, I have changed my story and boy it is a much nicer place to live :) I struggle at times to recognize my inner truth, still, because my story evolves and changes. It is up to me to do the work to get to a place that is not negative, and that is, positive and true... Some things Carolann said to me many times and I think of them each day: BLESS IT AND CLAIM IT GOOD and IT HAS ALL BEEN TAKEN CARE OF! For me, this means, certain things are out of our control and beating ourselves up will not change it. I have learned to be more trusting of myself and to forgive mysef.
